Studio Sessions...

ExtraOrdinary began to play loudly next to my bed. I turned over on the pillow to reach for my phone, Davo was calling. That was enough to get me motivated to roll over to the studio so I told him I'd be right over. He told me, "Nahh, you better hop in that shower first grimey".

I have absolutely no clothes or shoes at the house being that I've brought everything to school. There's a white tee laying under some other folded clothes and I find my least favorite pair of jeans because khaki's are too formal for a studio session. Davo hits the phone cuz he's downstairs waiting to take me over.

Haven't eaten shit and the stomach is grumbling. We get up stairs and talk some shit. J. Antoinette is on her way over to get some recording done as well, so Dave shows me some things that have been recorded in the last week or so, so I could get caught back up. Antoinette is lost, I hear her screaming lunacies through Dave's speaker on his iPhone which only makes us laugh hysterically. Dave asks where are you and she replies, "look at that puppy in the street," or something near that. We're now dying in laughs.

J. comes upstairs to the studio and it's just one of those days. It's Friday but it feels like Sunday Funday - nothing but giggles, one liners, and constant rediculoucies. That's not even a word but it makes so much sense. She's wearing a timber! shirt....  what I mean by that is Al Borland from home improvement wears this plaid flannel shirt all the time. But she pulls it off with jeans and a pair of converses.

My stomach growls and I make a statement pushing a food run. Either way I'm getting something for my belly whether others are hungry or not. J says she can go for whatever. I suggest two bags and a video camera. She laughs. I run down to the deli and order 2 goodfella's (Chicken Cutlet, Mozarella, Roasted Red Peppers, Lettuce, Tomato, and Bruchutto), The Daily News, and A 24 oz Budweiser. Great way to get a Sunday Funday feel.

CRACK, as I open my beer. Frosty and delicious, just like a beautiful cold-hearted woman. Laughs continue to happen as Dave mixes Antoinette's latest song.

I need to get in the mood for heavy drinking and mentally prepare for the battle of survival. In celebration of Gail's birthday we'll be headed into the city for 40 dollar all you can drink bracelet's from 10 - 1 AM. With pregaming, more than enough to throw me under the bus. I love shananigans in the city. Maybe I'll get to see a girl get hit by a taxi again, god knows that made my  night.
